                  Description:

                        1. Customer provides 4 mg of peptide antigen

                        2. Immunize up to five mice and perform fusion, screening, subcloning, and initial characterization

                        3. Identify up to three monoclones and their supernatant to confirm detection

                        4. Verify immunogen recognition using an ELISA

                        5. Purify monoclonal from 100 mL of hybridoma culture supernatant or 1 mL of ascites fluid
