 The point mutation specific service package includes;

        1. Design and synthesis of point mutation immunisation peptide (10 mg, high purity) and it corresponding control peptide.
        2. Conjugation of the immunisation peptide to KLH
        3. Immunisation of two rabbits using a 12 week standard protocol.
        4. Collection of pre-immune serum and three immune serum samples.
        5. ELISA testing of first serum sample against the immunisation and control peptides.
        6. Point mutation specific affinity purification using a total of 20 ml of crude serum.

Additional services can be added to this package. Some examples include;

        1. Antibody labelling, such as biotin or FITC.
