We provide a custom phospho-specific antibody production service. Typically such a project is a rabbit polyclonal anti-peptide antibody, which is what is outlined in the below. The phospho-specific service package includes：

       1. Design and synthesis of phospho immunisation peptide (10 mg, high purity) and a non-phospho control peptide.

       2. Conjugation of the immunisation peptide to KLH

       3. Immunisation of two rabbits using a 12 week standard protocol.

       4. Collection of pre-immune serum and three immune serum samples.

       5. ELISA testing of first serum sample against the phospho and non-phospho peptides.

       6. Phospho specific affinity purification using a total of 20 ml of crude serum.
           The antibody is tested by ELISA to show reactivity with the phosphorylated peptide,
            no reactivity with the des-phospho peptide, and no reactivity with an unrelated phosphorylated sequence.

Additional services can be added to this package. Some examples include：

       1. Antibody labelling, such as biotin or FITC.
