Background Tregalizumab is a humanized anti-human CD4 monoclonal antibody (IgG1 type) that selectively activates the suppressive properties of regulatory T cells (Tregs) in vitro. Tregalizumab can be used in the research of autoimmune diseases (resulting from insufficient Treg activity) and allergies.
