Cat. #: TD-26907 |
Size: 30 µL |
Gene Symbol: Gnao |
Description: Anti Gαo-GTP Mouse Monoclonal Antibody |
Background: Heterotrimeric G proteins are critical cellular signal transducers. Gαo represents one sub-family of G proteins that could mediate the inhibition of adenylyl cyclases. Other biochemical and physiological functions of Gαo proteins are being explored. |
Immunogen: Recombinant full length protein of active Gαo |
Applications: IP, IHC and IF (Not applicable for WB since WB denatures the GTPase) |
Recommended Dilutions: IP: 1 µg for 1~2 mg total cellular proteins IHC, IF: 1:50-1:250 |
Concentration: 1 mg/ml |
Host Species: Mouse |
Format: Liquid |
Clonality: Monoclonal |

Immunoprecipitation/Western blot:
 |
Gαo Activation Assay.
Purified Gαo proteins were loaded as a control (lanes 1) or immunoprecipitated after treated with GDP (lane 2) or GTPγS (lane 3). Immunoprecipitation was done with the anti-active Gαo monoclonal antibody (Cat. No. TD-26907). Immunoblot was with an anti-Gαopolyclonal antibody . |
